We then activate the appropriate professionals to be involved and the project's timelines and costs are estimated.

As quickly as possible, the entire team produces a working prototype to allow the client to test the basic functionalities right away. In this phase, both the interfaces and the functions are developed rapidly: subsequently, attention is given to the details and what has been developed is refined.

In this phase, the entire system is thoroughly tested, both by the client and the development team. Once any bugs are eliminated and procedures are refined, we proceed to the release and then return to the initial phase of Analysis and Definition to proceed with the next development cycle.
